The restaurant aims to provide seasonal dishes using local produce wherever possible, taking inspiration from some of the top fine dining restaurants and chefs the world has to offer. We hope to become one of the best restaurants in Hinckley, Leicestershire & surrounding areas, based on quality of dishes, level of service & value for money.
Head chef Thom Sleath, along with sous chef Darren Pateman, have created an exciting range of dishes to showcase some of the best British cuisine. The menus will change to reflect seasonal produce and "special" dishes will be offered to take advantage of limited availability meat, vegetables & fruit from our high quality suppliers.
Restaurant Manager Ben Sleath & his front of house team will welcome you & offer a high level of service, in a friendly atmosphere.
