Vinyasa just means flow, so my class begins with breathing techniques to help silence the mind then we go through an energetic flowing sequence of physical poses that build strength, flexibility and tone in the body, ending in a deep relaxation. My classes are always taught with attention, humour and grace, leaving you feeling relaxed and energised. Suitable for beginners and regulars.
