Staying active throughout your pregnancy is key as you need to be fit to 
deliver—labour is hard work! An antenatal Pilates programme is beneficial to improve your body awareness so that you are in tune with your body and the growing baby. It can also help you adjust to the postural and hormonal changes. Pelvic floor exercises, and breathing and relaxation techniques will be a crucial part of the programme as they can help you prepare your body for birth.
