Antenatal Mindfulness Course


A 4 week course dedicated to teaching mindfulness to mums to be,
Over 4 weeks you will learn mindfulness techniques to manage stress, anxiety and pain for before, during and after the birth.
Also importantly the techniques will also lessen the chances of Post Natal Depression.

Mindfulness is secular meditation combined with cognitive therapy to help you manage negative thoughts that can turn into stress and anxiety and heighten pain.
Mums will also be able to try mother and baby samples from Neals Yard Organics and receive a 15% discount on any products you buy from the range.

The course starts on the 8th September 6:30-8pm
Antenna Studio, Bowyers Yard, SE19 3AN

Course fee is £80 including handouts and home practice sheets.
