Play4Life is a free, fun, interactive course for parents, carers, volunteers and those working with children 0-5 years. It looks at increasing the opportunities for fun, physical play for children. It is an eight week programme of 2 hour weekly sessions with a free creche for young children.

It is a free programme but places are limited so booking is essential and please enquire about availability.

It is great for parents who may be thinking about working with children, as you can gain a unit of qualification towards a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce, or for parents who just want to learn about the benefits of physical play and providing safe and challenging environments for your children to play.
