Pregnancy Yoga classes provide women with a safe environment in which to explore their feelings and to adapt to the changes in their bodies. Women are empowered to feel confident in their ability to give birth. The asanas bring awareness of the birthing muscles involved with pregnancy and birth. These movements will provide more space for the baby and alleviate many pregnancy discomforts. Every class ends with a deep relaxation allowing the body to release tensions and the mind to become still. Both mother and baby are nourished and energy is renewed.

Classes can become body memories and as a birthing woman you will remember certain things, in particular the breathing, which will help you in all situations throughout your life.

You will learn relaxation and breathing techniques, yoga, massage , movement and sound to help prepare and empower you for labour.

    Hi Julie,
    Thank you for letting me be a part of your pregnancy yoga classes, I have thoroughly enjoyed them all.
    I remember telling you on my first class that I was suffering from breathlessness and found it tricky with my 17 month old to find time to rest and relax. Your advice and guidance with your breathing exercises has had a great improvement on my breathlessness and the relaxation you have provided us with has made me realise that it is possible to relax and switch off without allowing my mind to wonder.
    The most amazing thing for me was having the time to bond with my baby, my second pregnancy feels very different to my first with regards to having the time to almost realise I have a baby on the way!! My daughter is an absolute angel but takes up a lot of my time so I very rarely get chance to sit down and relax while reading baby books and apps learning about my baby growing inside of me as I did when pregnant with my daughter. I feel I have a strong bond with my baby now and make sure that I make the time to feel them and learn about their growth inside of me.
    Thank you once again for a wonderful 5 weeks, you've been amazing!!
