As mummies we know babes bond in arms not on mats. Enjoy baby massage and baby calming with a unique approach and lots of ‘in arms' time.

• Classes suitable from 4-6 weeks through to 5 months (Tinies) and last for roughly 1:15 – allowing time for mummies to have a cuppa and a chat too!
• Postnatal movement & relaxation for mummy is included too
• White noise exercises to soothe baby
• Segments of baby massage, yoga and more, all set to a beautiful backing track, to ensure 
you both leave feeling calm & content

Key features:
• Our teaches are fully trained in IPTI approved infant massage, movement for baby.
• Your baby won't need to lay on their back for extended periods in order to participate (so ideal for young babies who need cuddles, or babies with reflux).
• Techniques can help common ailments like colic, reflux, tight neck (torticollis) and flat head
