Welcome to Positively Blooming! My name is Sarah and I am a hypnobirthing mum to two children, a wife and hypnotherapist. I specialise in hypnotherapy for pregnancy and childbirth in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

Positively Blooming was set up at the end of 2008, after the virtually pain-free birth of my daughter, so that I can help you through your journey into becoming a mum, whether that be for treatments that support conception- - hypno fertility, gaining relief from pregnancy related issues such as; morning sickness, high blood pressure and headaches, for natural childbirth antenatal classes and childbirth preparation or support with breast-feeding or managing life as a new mum and general relaxation sessions.
