A great new children's show at the Citadel, called Ruby Flew Too, on Saturday 29 June at 1pm.
It's based on the popular children's book by Jonathan Emmett and has been adapted for the stage with original music and hand-made puppets. Watch the story of Ruby, the littlest of five ducklings. She's the last to eat ... and the last to swim. Father Duck worries that Ruby won't catch up. But Mother Duck knows that she will – in her own time.
The show lasts around 1 hour and is aimed at children aged 3-7. It's presented by the Topsy Turvy Theatre Company who travel around the UK bringing magical shows to children and families. As a member of the Big Imaginations Children's Theatre Touring Network we are dedicated to bringing brilliant children's theatre to the North West, so you can be assured of the quality of the company when booking.
