PRAM FIT<br />NEW FITNESS SESSION FOR MUMS:<br /><br />I am a qualified physiotherapist on maternity leave so have plenty of experience working with women post pregnancy. The program is set so that you can push yourself as much or as little as you want however I will be there encouraging you to push yourself as hard as you can to gain the maximum effects of the exercise program. <br /><br />* First session is FREE, and then only &pound;3 a session or &pound;5 a week (two sessions)<br />* No need for a a child minder or babysitter, you bring your baby along in the pram<br />* All you need is suitable footwear (trainers preferable) <br />* A great way to meet other mums <br />* Exercise is proven to improve your mood <br />* Lose any baby weight<br />* Improve cardio fitness and strength<br /><br />Contact me via Tel: 07929401971 or on facebook (Pram Fit Manchester) if you would like to attend.
