Exercising the body whilst calming the mind. You will feel energized yet relaxed. A dynamic form of yoga using the breath to flow from one posture to the next. A regular practice of vinyasa yoga will have cardiovascular benefits, will increase strength, stamina and flexibility whilst reducing levels of stress. Beginners welcome.
