Pre-natal Yoga Classes


Yoga ante-natal classes help to maintain and condition the body, making it supple, graceful and strong. A peaceful and relaxing pregnancy can relieve minor common pregnancy ailments (e.g. heartburn) and can be used to relieve pain in labour and childbirth. It also promotes bonding with the baby and an informed approach to parenting.
