The 6th Hale (St Peters) Rainbow Unit continues to thrive. We meet every Wednesday during term times from 5.30-6.30pm in St Peter's House. Rainbows is the youngest section of Girl Guiding, for girls aged 5 to 7. We currently have 18 girls from a mix of local schools on the roll and three leaders who alternate running the meetings.
We plan a very busy, varied programme of activities usually based around a half termly theme and include lots of sport, discussion and craft activities. We have visits from various local organisations to assist with the girl's understanding of the world around them and the community they live in.



We are usually very busy with crafts too, making lots of seasonal giftsf or Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas. We also try and bring in other cultures and have had meetings learning about Roshashanna (Jewish New Year), Divali and Chanukah.
