Ante natal Yoga, Breathing and Hypnotherapy


Yoga is the ideal exercise for pregnant woman. a lovely, relaxed and informal way to learn how to move in pregnancy whilst also meeting other mums to be! It is widely recommended by midwives and doctors to expectant mothers as a way of keeping fit and mobile. Combined with Hypnotherapy, we really prepare the mind and body for birth The dates for this week course are a little different due to Bank Holiday's we will be running on the 20th, 28th, 11th, 18th, 1st June and the 8th June
