An exquisite cafe in Altrincham, Everything here has been given so much thought, from the impeccably presented and polite staff to the unusual crockery. Not least though, is the sheer choice of dishes on offer; a myriad of breakfast items, then there's the Minskii specialty salads and mains, light bites, pastas, wraps, pizzas, risottos, jacket potatoes to name a few.
