Our PreNatal Fitness pilates class is on Friday evenings. Its a friendly and fun atmosphere. We work you hard but you leave feeling relaxed and stretched. Meet new mums to be and stay fit at the same time. Class lasts 50-60 minutes.

    Kirsty's class is great! She knows her stuff, so you get a workout and can be confident that all the exercises are fine for the baby and really good for you! You'll be surprised how much you can do heavily pregnant!

    I have been going to this class since I was 14 weeks pregnant. I am now 24 weeks and I am convinced it has contributed to me feeling so great! Kirsty sets different levels for us to go at our own pace depending on how we are feeling on that day. The class has a real personal feel and it's been lovely meeting up with other mums-to-be to compare notes! I would recommend to anyone at any fitness level
