PostNatal Fitness Pilates

The PostNatal Fitness Pilates class is relaxed and friendly. Babies are more than welcome however this class is for the mums. Babies wont be used for exercises but can be seen to and talked to at any time. Mums can focus on getting there core strength back to what it was (or better) than pre pregnancy. Class lasts 1 hour and is every Thursday at 11am. Places must be booked in.

    I attended Kirsty's class when my son turned 8 weeks after having a C section. The class is great for getting back in shape to one's own pace and having your baby there means you don't have to think about having him looked after.
    Kirsty is a great instructor and makes sure you always do the movements correctly and with the right posture. She is also always willing for a cuddle or distracting the little ones if they need distraction. I am now back at work and attending Kirsty's Pilates class in the evening as enjoy the exercise and her as an instructor.
