Nice, clean and easily accessible ... but not very helpful staff.
I phoned to inquire about printing facility and was told I'd need to have a library card (which I have), and that they close for lunch 1-2pm.
Arriving at 12.45 I was told the library was already closed for lunch (by the same member of staff I'd spoken to earlier on the phone) even though there was 15 minutes till closing time.
I was told I could return after lunch which didn't help me at all since I was trying to print a covering letter to accompany a job application and I was trying to get the 1pm post ... but this didn't make any difference.
I only went because I was having printer problem at home and if I had been told that they switched their computers off at 12.45 I wouldn't have made the special journey there with 4 year old twins!
This is the second time I have been told that the library was "closed" 15 minutes before the official closing time. Before I was only returning the LOs books but that didn't make any difference either.
So as I said lovely library (if you can get in) but poor communication and customer service skills.
