STARTS TUESDAY 7th April 2015!

Get Fitter, Healthier and Slimmer with the Busy Woman's Fitness Project.

• Improve your energy levels
• Increase endurance and stamina
• Lose weight and define your muscles
• Gain the motivation of women just like you

Progressive outdoor fitness camp. 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) and just 45 minutes each session.

Nutritional plans, PT designed workouts, motivational emails, recipes and ongoing support. Everything you need to be the fittest, healthiest version of yourself.

"I joined the Fitness Project with the goal of fitting back into my pre-baby wardrobe. After the first four week sessions I lost 10.5 inches and 13 pounds! I fit into my pre-baby clothes, I have loads more energy and I've discovered new foods that I REALLY enjoy."

Tuesday/Thursday: 6.15am to 7am & Saturday: 7.15am to 8am

    Having exercised rarely in 40 years, this was the perfect way to get fit and feel better about myself after my third baby. It's great being outdoors and Steph and Rach are brilliant at encouraging us all and providing expert guidance. You're in safe hands. I am amazed at my own progress over 9 months! Good fun and you meet lovely people.

    BWFP is just what I needed to get fit and stay fit. I love being able to get exercise out of the way before my day even begins. It has given me so much energy and belief that I really can do it and stick to it. Exercising outside all year round feels so much healthier than the gym. Steph and Rachel really know their stuff and make it fun. I can't believe how fast 45mins goes.

    I recently turned 40 and my partner consoled me by telling me it's ok as I 'have a bum of a 25-year-old'. All thanks to BWFP :-)
