Learn to Meditate - a meditation workshop

Regular meditation increases your happiness, contentment and self-confidence; improves your relationships, and has a knock-on positive effect on the people around you. Wonderful!

In this workshop we will look at two or three basic forms of meditation so you can find one that suits you. We will also cover the benefits of meditation and discuss correct technique and skill. The idea is you go away with a complete meditation toolkit so that you can establish and maintain a successful meditation practice.

The workshop is split into two parts, each containing guided meditations, talks and discussion. A continental brunch of pastries and fresh coffee is served in the break in our World Peace Cafe.
