Merton Park

The ancient practice of yoga, by people of all ages and abilities, includes the practice of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work) as well as meditation, chanting and deep relaxation.

When all of these techniques are combined, one develops physical strength, flexibility and energy, as well as deep inner strength, beauty, grace, freedom, peace and happiness. It can be brought into all aspects of our daily lives, and so can enhance our approach towards life and our levels of awareness and presence in the world.

Classes on Wednesday evenings:

5.45 pm – 6.45pm Teens (Girls aged 14 - 17);
7.00 pm – 8.15pm Mixed ability;
8.20 – 9.35pm Intermediate.
