The GAIL's Artisan Bakery story began when the founders opened a bakery in Hampstead to make world-class artisan bread. Their aim was, and remains, to reinvent the way Londoners think about bread (fresh and handmade) and their neighbourhood bakery (local and beautiful).

Open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and light supper, the bakery will offer GAIL's signature breads, pastries, cakes and sweets. The menu includes French Dark and San Francisco sourdoughs, freshly baked croissants and pastries, cinnamon buns, sausage rolls and carrot cakes, as well as a selection of sandwiches and salads.

All GAIL's products are handmade in London with no artificial additives/preservatives. Their artisan bread is made by hand using the finest ingredients resulting in the perfect artisan loaf.
