Emily offers training throughout your pregnancy; providing a tailor-made workout dependent on the trimester you are in. Every pregnancy is different and so is every woman's body. She provides you with safe effective exercise combined with lifestyle&nutritional advice that is right for you&your baby.

Once you have had your baby it is important to return to exercise at the pace that is right for you in your post-natal period. Training ineffectively during this time can cause complications if you are breastfeeding and can damage your pelvic floor and abdominals. It is important to train under the guidance of a qualified post-natal instructor like Emily who can get you back on track with her knowledge, experience&expertise. There are clear aims for postnatal exercise including re-toning your pelvic floor. Sessions are also great for shifting pregnancy weight&enhancing your self-confidence.

    Emily is great - not only does she create fun work outs but she looks at getting you back to full fitness alongside working on your diet. I started training with Emily while I was still breastfeeding and not getting a great deal of sleep and she always made sure the hour was suited to my individual needs.
