For clients with specific fitness orientated goals, we devise structured programmes which may include Pilates, yoga, weight training and cardio vascular development.
I found Pole Dancing is the most effective way to get post-natal bodies back into shape. It works the whole body: burns fat and tones abdominals, legs, arms and bottom. It's great fun and gives you great posture as well as bags of confidence furthering motivation to get your body back and get fit.
