A FREE 40 minute trial session is offered to discuss your training and nutrition needs.

A 12 week training plan will focus on your goals teaching you fundamental exercise principles and developing you into an advanced exerciser.

Training includes some of the following - bosu training, boxing, kickboxing, TRX, VIPR, circuits, interval training, supersets, dropsets, outdoor running, cycling, stability balls and/or plyometric training.

As a Nutrition client you can choose to take on an 8-12 week full dietary analysis, where you will be given you the tools and knowledge to steadily make lifetime changes to your diet.

Training session options include: home, a local park or at a studio in West Wimbledon. Running and boxing bootcamps are held in Central Wimbledon locations.
