Sarah's mother and baby yoga is the perfect opportunity for postnatal mums, with babies from 6 weeks to crawling age, to attend an appropriate yoga-based exercise class. The fantastic thing is that babies love it too! Baby yoga is an activity you can really do together, with mutual rewards to health and well being for mums and little ones alike.

There is a warm and friendly atmosphere and there's no need for any previous yoga experience. The class involves gentle postnatal exercises, focusing especially on the abdominal area, pelvic floor and posture, mixed with infant massage and simple baby yoga sequences for new babies to thrive. It is all done in a relaxed and playful way, with lots of songs and games. The sessions are rounded off with a short rejuvenating relaxation and chance for a chat and refreshment.
