Please ring for opening days and times
A limestone tower windmill built in the early 1800s adjacent to the Grand Union Canal for the supply of flour to the London market. Worked to about 1876. It was restored in the 1970s-1990s by Milton Keynes Development Corporation (but not to full working order) and placed in the ownership of Milton Keynes Council. Now managed and opened to the public by Milton Keynes Museum.
Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. The upper floors of the Mill are only accessible via steep steps. Beware of low beams and trip hazards. There are no toilet facilities at the Mill.
The windmill is not open all year round so please check with the museum before heading out to avoid disappointment.
