Yoga can help new mums ease their way back into exercise after having a baby and offers time to connect, bond and have fun with your baby.

Learn simple breathing and relaxation techniques which can help cope with everyday motherhood.

After class you can stay and play or borrow a Magic Carpet to explore the gallery.
