Living Well - Mindfulness and Well-being


Are you interested in learning about mindfulness? Some of the benefits of mindfulness include: reduced stress and anxiety; improved mood and well-being; better memory,attention and concentration; improved sleep; and increased pain tolerance.

At its core mindfulness is about living less "in our head" and more in the "here and now" - living a life that is more meaningful and compassionate.
