Mindful Yoga - Mondays 9:30am-11am


Mixed level vinyasa yoga – open to all ages, abilities and experiences of yoga. This class draws on elements of Forrest yoga, mechanical medicine and mindfulness to bring an intelligently structured yoga class to release and strengthen both body and mind. Mats are provided.
Classes take place on 14th, 21st, 28th July and 4th, and 11th August.
