Pilates classes for complete beginners and those with injuries. Classes focus on the key Pilates principles of control, coordination, breath, flow, centre, precision and alignment.
These classes are gentle and aim to mobilise the spine and strengthen the body. Posture is a key element in Pilates and through these exercises we will aim to realign the body as well as the mind.

Not including 31st October due to half term.
