Discover the joys of Belly dance! This ancient art form is gentle and effective core strengthening exercise and a great way to get back into shape after having kids. Belly dance is also known as Egyptian or Oriental dance and originates from Middle Eastern folk dance. You won't be expected to show your belly and every part of your body will get a good workout. These friendly weekly classes are suitable for all and beginners are always warmly welcome. During the school holidays children are also welcome to join the class or to come along and play in the studio while mum dances.
