Monday - currently soft Pilates balls at 6.30pm.
Wednesday 4.30 stretch and tone with weighted bars and stretchy bands
Thursday 5.30 Circuit training. 1 minute of 10 different exercises, 3 times over! Work at your own pace with trainers' help.
