Producers of free range poultry including bronze turkeys for Christmas. All our birds are reared on our own farm in norfolk using slow growing strains such as Norfolk Blacks & Kelly bronze. Birds are given 24hr access to range and fed a cereal based diet. We hang our turkeys for 7-10 days in the coldstore to mature in flavour. Great Taste award winners.
