Mindful eating workshop - the end to dieting!

Do you struggle with your weight? Do you emotionally overeat? Do you rely on high sugar and fatty foods to get you through the day? Diets rarely work in the long term as we are not able to sustain them. Why not try a more mindful approach?

In this mindful eating workshop you will get to try a variety of mindful awareness techniques including eating exercises, self kindness and guided meditation. You will learn how to become more aware of your body's cues of hunger and how to eat the food you like without overeating!
