Mindfulness for stress- 8 week course


This 8 week course is for those who are dealing with the everyday stress that comes with modern life! Do you have too much work to do and not enough time, do you feel you never have enough time to fit everything in? Is you family life suffering? Or do you just want to learn how to appreciate the moment a little more, increase your creativity and focus, sleep better. Then mindfulness can help you!

Every week you will learn new approaches and strategies in a warm and friendly group setting. The price of £195 includes formal meditation practice (on chairs or mats), gentle mindful movement and workbook and CDs. Also included is a catch up mindful morning a month after the course and private Facebook group for support during the course if you wish to use it
