Local, fresh and seasonal, we look for ingredients straight from the producer wherever possible. Fresh local meats from our butchery includes game from Walsingham Estate Shoot as a speciality, with venison, pheasant and partridge in season, rabbit and pigeon as available.
Fish for the fish & chip counter is sustainably sourced and we can get mussels or crab straight from the fishermen. Our chef-manager, Hervé Stouvenel, changes his menus almost daily as he responds to locally available produce.
Youll find a great choice of local Norfolk ales, cider from nearby Wells-next-the-Sea and a very reasonably priced wine list.
