Bump to Baby and Beyond Pilates Classes


Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates classes with a difference - run by Women's Health Chartered Physiotherapist Jenna Sweeney. Unlike regular leisure centre classes, you will target and develop core muscles that become under strain and overworked during the childbearing years in order to prevent common musculoskeletal antenatal and postnatal conditions such as diastasis rectus abdominis, lower back pain and incontinence. You will also have the opportunity to receive education, support and guidance to help you self manage and prevent such issues in the short and long term with lifestyle advice.

The classes are limited to 6 ladies to allow for individual support and one to one technique correction.

The classes are due to commence from Tuesday the 2nd February;
Postnatal: 16.15 - 17.15
Antenatal: 17.15 - 18.15
