Buggy Boot Camp


Come along and try Buggy Boot Camp, an indoor, boxercise and circuits-based exercise class for all mums with children aged 0-4 years. No need for a babysitter, you can bring your little one(s) along!
Get yourself back into shape under the supervision of a professional, Personal Trainer, make new friends and socialise your children too!
All classes include 1 hour of exercise, followed by a half-hour coffee and play time.
Exercises DO NOT use the buggies as props, instead there is an array of equipment to utilise, as well as bodyweight exercises to help re-align and strengthen abdominals (which includes everything from the diaphragm down to the pelvic floor, including the lower back).
Younger children can either remain in their buggies or lay on blankets to see what's going on, while more mobile tots can play around the floor area. We believe that healthier mummies are happier mummies!!!
