Want to lose some weight and feel fitter and healthier? Come along to our new Saturday morning meetings in Cheddleton. The Weight Watchers plan is a flexible plan that you can adapt to fit in with your lifestyle and food likes and dislikes to allow you to lose weight your way. There are a number of different approaches you can choose. Like your carbs? Just look for our high carb symbol on our literature. Vegetarian? Coeliac? No problem. The plan is easy to adapt to your needs.

Weight Watchers is not a quick, fad diet with a restrictive food list. Instead it focuses on you making sensible food choices so that your weight loss is steady and easy to maintain. Each week will focus on a different topic so that you can take away practical tips to help you on your weight loss journey.

Runs on: Saturdays 9-10am. All welcome. Free parking, disabled access and baby changing facilities.
