My whole family does Jado Kuin Do from me at 38 down to my 5 year old (who's being doing it since she was 3). Its a fantastic way to keep fit, learn to defend yourself and build confidence. Classes are great, really supportive - no egos, everyone looks after everyone else. Really recommend, great for all the family.
