Blyth Library


Blyth Library is situated in the former Mechanics' Institute. It houses the major collection of local studies material for Blyth, books for adults, teenagers and children, DVDs and CDs, audiobooks, newspapers and magazines. It also has 13 public access computers.

Activities run by the library:
Knitting Group (Tues 10am-12pm)
Story and Rhymetime ( Fri term time 9.30am-10am)
Junior Reading Group(2nd Saturday of each month, 10.30am-11.30am 12th Oct 2013, 9th Nov 2013 & 7th Dec2013.
Surestart Storytime (Thursday term time10am -11am)
