Hypnosis for Birth is a 6wk course in Norwich which prepares you for a natural gentle birth. This form of hypnosis is deeply relaxing and gentle; allowing you to focus completely on birthing your baby with confidence and trust. You really can feel relaxed and confident as you approach the birth of your baby by learning how to:
Protect your mind from all of those birth ‘horror stories' on T.V. youtube and well-meaning family and friends
Use hypnotherapy to release any fears about birth and/or parenthood
Flood your mind with positive expectations of birth using hypnosis and affirmations
