Pregnancy Yoga


Birthlight Perinatal (Antenatal/Pregnancy) Yoga classes are accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, they are antenatal classes which combine yoga inspired moves, birth breathing, active birth education and relaxation to support mum-to-be through her pregnancy and help her feel calm and confident whatever her birth outcome.

Learn techniques to relax, improve your sleep, and prepare for your birth and to recover after the birth.

Classes are suitable from 14 weeks+ and gentle enough for those with Pelvic Girdle Pain.

You do not need to have any experience of yoga before attending the class and all fitness levels are welcome and catered for.

Class sizes are small so a space must be reserved. Payment for a class must be made in advance in blocks of 6 weeks.
