We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Book Keeper to organise all of the administrative activities and facilitate the smooth running of our busy office.
This role is part time at 21 hours per week so would fit nicely around childcare and school runs. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong book keeping skills
• Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
• Work in conjunction with company accountants to balance accounts
• Preparing salaries and processing expense claims
• Banking money and checking and verifying bank transactions
