Attend from 20 weeks pregnant - up to birth. (The more times you attend and practice the more of an effect they will have on your birth)

This special stand alone class is perfect for pregnant women to attend by themselves and to optionally include their birth partners
(Male / female / mums / sisters / friends / doulas)

Many of these techniques have been proven to reduce the length of labour and reduced complications in birth.

To include:

•Breath awareness for mum and birth partner (so important that everyone in the birth room remains calm and focussed)

•Positions for birth & how to help baby change position for an easier birth (back to back / breach baby)

•Overview of the stages of labour & what support is required at each stage.

•Special practice of breathing techniques which maximise comfort during 1st stage & pushing stage of labour.

•Massage / acupressure / aromatherapy / deep relaxation.

•Immediately after the birth - getting breastfeeding off to a good start.
