This class will nurture you physically and emotionally from 12 - 42 weeks +.

Each class includes settling / breath awareness / gentle stretching, strengthening & pelvic floor work - all with an awareness of how positions link to birth, and post-natal recovery.

Each class begins sitting on mats or birth ball in a circle and introducing ourselves. Then follows 10 minutes breath awareness and settling, letting go of the tensions we carry around with us and leaving behind unwanted emotions.

The main part of the class include physical postures and breath awareness, always with an emphasis on safety and appropriateness for the different stages of pregnancy.

We finish with deep relaxation, lying down with blankets and pillows.
