Delightfully scroobious, or uffishly vorpal? &acirc;&#128;&#152;Nonsense&acirc;&#128;&#153; is the theme for this year&acirc;&#128;&#153;s Alice&acirc;&#128;&#153;s Day, which will take place in Oxford on Saturday 6 July - and most events are FREE!<br />More than 20 historic locations and world-class venues will take part (including the Ashmolean, the Bodleian and Christ Church), to celebrate the first telling, in Oxford, of Lewis Carroll&acirc;&#128;&#153;s Alice&acirc;&#128;&#153;s Adventures in Wonderland, and they are looking forward to the biggest and brightest event so far<br />Join Alice, the Mad Hatter and the Owl and the Pussycat for a whirlwind of nonsensical free events! Exhibitions, tea parties, performances and topsy-turvy happenings will take you to some of Oxford&acirc;&#128;&#153;s most beautiful landmarks. Restaurants and cafes will also be getting into the spirit, with Alice-themed refreshments.<br />Alice&acirc;&#128;&#153;s Day is co-ordinated by The Story Museum.
