We are currently recruiting for casual Customer Support Advisors to work within the Miele customer contact centre in Abingdon. We offer a variety of shifts including 9.30am - 2.30pm and term time only.
Training starts on Monday 4th November and will be from 9.30am - 2.30pm for two weeks, followed by a further two weeks on the phone. From then on work will be offered as it becomes available.
* Working as part of a team within the customer contact centre you will effectively deal with inbound calls from Miele customers who wish to place an order, offering relevant advice and guidance.
*It is essential that you have some experience of working within a customer service environment. You will have a good level of IT skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with our customers and internal teams.
