Our Allocation team is responsible for ensuring that each of our exciting Mystery Shopping assignments is completed to standard and on time.
We are currently recruiting for part time staff with a variety of hours / days available.
You should have an excellent phone manner, good communication skills and be highly organised. While you don't need any direct experience of this role you should have experience of a busy role with a high proportion of telephone work.
•Using the Retail Active Mystery Shopper allocation system to fill assignments.
•Calling shoppers to pre qualify their eligibility to undertake Mystery Shopping Assignments and brief them on assignments.
•Work with our Quality Assurance team to ensure that mystery shops are completed to standard.
